Welcome to the 2026 running season with JTRR! We're excited to kick off another year of races, community and miles on the trails together. Our full season schedule is coming soon, so please check back regularly for updates and registration details. We look forward to seeing you out there!
Eaglecrest Road Race- NAOC/JTRR

Join us for the Eaglecrest Road Race, featuring three distances to choose from and a mix of road and trail running.
​
The 1-mile is an out-and-back road race starting at the bottom of Eaglecrest Road. The 5-mile climbs Eaglecrest Road and finishes in the upper parking lot. The 10-mile continues from the upper parking lot to the top of the Ptarmigan Lift and back down.

Start Time: 9:00 AM
Location: Bottom of Eaglecrest Road (Fish Creek Road)
Distances: 1, 5, or 10 miles
Fee: Adults $20, Youth 18 and under $15

* The Nugget Alaska Outfitter Cup (NAOC) running series is co-sponsored each year by the Juneau Trail and Road Runners Club and Nugget Alaskan Outfitters. The points work as follows:

Runners must participate in at least three NAOC races to qualify for annual awards.

Races included in the series are designated with “NAOC” on the calendar.

Points count as follows in each division:

1st place, 10 points
-
2nd place, 9 pts.
-
3rd place, 8 pts.
-
etc. through 9th place, 2 pts.

All others, 1 point.

Awards are distributed at the annual meeting early the following calendar year.
